Summary
In this role, the Senior Business Partnering Analyst will focus on supporting the Reporting and Planning team within the Food Group Financial Planning and Analysis Department. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the preparation and analysis of consolidated monthly financial reports, as well as the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes for the Food Group Division. This role will provide opportunities to influence change and drive improvement in our forecasting processes as this department grows with the business.

Summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the preparation and analysis of consolidated monthly financial reports, as well as the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes for the Food Group Division. This role will provide opportunities to influence change and drive improvement in our forecasting processes as this department grows with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports including financial metrics, Profit and Loss Statements, Business Segment Profitability, Balance Sheets, and SG&A spend
- Supporting the preparation and review of the consolidated annual budget and quarterly forecasts, as well as monthly S&OP forecast cycles
- Creating key metric data and presentation materials for senior leadership
- Partnering with SG&A department owners through the development of their annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Preparing weekly cash projections for domestic food operations
- Collaborating with Record to Report and Operations Accounting teams to ensure the accuracy of management reporting
- Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed by the business
- Assisting with Business Partnering department projects
- Developing innovative solutions and process improvements based on accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and understanding of systems
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university
Relevant Experience
- 5+ years related experience and/or training (accounting or FP&A preferred)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, including functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and graphs
- Experience using Microsoft PowerBI or Data Visualization tools for reporting and analysis a plus
- Utilize exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in work delivered
- Proven ability to collaborate, meet deadlines, analyze data, quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- SAP experience a plus
