Your Opportunity
Scion is searching for a motivated and energetic Sr. Business / Product Analyst to assist us in recommending the best products and services to increase company profitability, operational efficiency, business continuity and improved customer experience.
The Sr. Business / Product Analyst will be responsible with working closely with different departments within the company, researching and analyzing products based on cost, functionality, compatibility and longevity and make product recommendations.
This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL full-time.

Senior Business / Product Responsibilities
- Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends.
- Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
- Provide assistance with product and rating reviews.
- Provide structured input to and compile data points and analysis for medium to large scale projects.
- Analyze metrics to continually improve company products.
- Contribute to company operations, such as costing, inventory control, planning, and budgeting.
- Examine SaaS providers to look for redundancies across departments, create SLA and KPI metrics
- Work with other company departments to improve the departmental analysis of products.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of previous product and/or business analysis experience.
- Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) in a professional setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to change.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Operational Details
- Job location is based in-office at Scion’s Chicago corporate headquarters.
- Working hours consist of standard daytime business hours.
