As the Senior Business Recruiter reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you will be an instrumental driver in building the leadership team and many essential roles at SimplyInsured. We are seeking a well-versed full-cycle recruiter who can deliver a high-touch experience to our business leaders, acting as a true talent partner. We welcome recruiters looking to leave their impression on recruitment processes, employer branding, and our culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, virtual team interviews, and offer extension through to hire for critical roles in Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Finance
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for roles
  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience through sequenced and timely communication and consistent follow-through
  • Own relationships with hiring managers acting as a consultative partner through kick off meetings, weekly pipeline meetings, and regular communication regarding status updates
  • Build and optimize Talent processes & tools

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience recruiting
  • Executive level recruiting experience
  • Experience working in a high-volume sourcing environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful self-starter who is able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
  • Comfortable working in ATS (Greenhouse a plus)
