The Go To Market Systems organization is responsible for the selection, architecture, governance and administration of all 3rd Party SaaS applications and data sets that power our Go To Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Growth and Customer Support).
Weāre looking to hire an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Top of Funnel GTM Systems team, owning all systems and data engineering for our āLead to Opportunityā workflows.
We have a modern Top of Funnel Systems stack that includes: Marketo, Outreach, Intercom, RingLead and Salesforce.
The strength of the software data sets owned by the Top of Funnel Systems team directly correlates to the strength of our new business growth, so the leader of this team has a huge opportunity to positively impact Intercomās trajectory as a company.
Weāre looking for someone with deep technical knowledge and interested in building out a world class enterprise marketing tech stack using the best tools. By nature, you're a problem solver and excited to troubleshoot issues that impair our sales/support processes. You should have the ability to uncover deficiencies in our systems, escalate them properly, and devise long-term solutions.
What will I be doing? š- Own the technical strategy and operations of our Lead-to-Opportunity workflow, with Marketo and Salesforce being your core systems.
- Play a key leadership role in developing the company's "GTM Data Strategy" to ensure our core GTM data sets (Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities) are reliably accurate, thus enabling fast & accurate business performance reporting and enabling faster, easier integration of new software and services that rely on this data.Ā Ā
- Prioritize and drive business systems projects to completion working with stakeholders in various departmentsĀ
- Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand technical deficiencies of the product, define root causes, and implement proactive resolution design.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of enhancements and projects related configuration
- Develop a deep knowledge of various platforms to help document and improve Intercomās process.
- Effectively liaise between Marketing Operations, Engineering, Sales Enablement, Finance, and Sales Leaders to identify deficiencies and deliver innovative solutions.
- Bachelorās Degree
2+ years experience with Salesforce AdministrationĀ - Experience with 3rd party tools such as Marketo, Outreach, Intercom, RingLead and Salesforce.
- Strong problem solving & technical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
