What You’ll Do  
60% Buying and Optimization 

20% Client Service 

20% Trafficking and Reporting 

  • Support planning, buying and optimization of programmatic media across a portfolio of clients 

  • Implement best practices for bidding, budget management, ad operations and reporting 

  • Support the documentation of optimizations and learnings 

  • Collaborate with account and product personnel on RTB and premium-programmatic media plans 

  • Educate internal and external clients on HX’s DSPs, results and optimizations 

  • Design and implement strategies to improve performance for clients, supporting recommendations with results data 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities 

Work closely with Buyers to ensure training and on-boarding of Assistants and Interns 

Manage workflow across a pod of 2-4 Buyers and Assistant Buyers 

Support knowledge sharing across the buying team via best-practice development and case studies

Preferred Skills & Experience 

  • 2+ years of hands-on programmatic buying experience 

  • Proven ability to develop/implement/improve business processes 

  • Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments 

  • Advanced user of at least two DSPs  

  • Eagerness to work on the disruptive side of business, with new DSP technologies 

  • Strong knowledge of statistical concepts relevant to optimization, as well as scientific testing in live media environments 

  • Experience managing or mentoring junior employees is preferred

Salary Range

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00

A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
