What You’ll Do Â
60% Buying and OptimizationÂ
20% Client ServiceÂ
20% Trafficking and ReportingÂ
-
Support planning, buying and optimization of programmatic media across a portfolio of clientsÂ
-
Implement best practices for bidding, budget management, ad operations and reportingÂ
-
Support the documentation of optimizations and learningsÂ
-
Collaborate with account and product personnel on RTB and premium-programmatic media plansÂ
-
Educate internal and external clients on HX’s DSPs, results and optimizationsÂ
-
Design and implement strategies to improve performance for clients, supporting recommendations with results dataÂ
Â
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesÂ
Work closely with Buyers to ensure training and on-boarding of Assistants and InternsÂ
Manage workflow across a pod of 2-4 Buyers and Assistant BuyersÂ
Support knowledge sharing across the buying team via best-practice development and case studiesÂ

2+ years of hands-on programmatic buying experienceÂ

Proven ability to develop/implement/improve business processesÂ

Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environmentsÂ

Advanced user of at least two DSPs Â

Eagerness to work on the disruptive side of business, with new DSP technologiesÂ
-
Strong knowledge of statistical concepts relevant to optimization, as well as scientific testing in live media environmentsÂ

Experience managing or mentoring junior employees is preferredÂ

Salary Range
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
