Senior C# .NET Developer

Mission: As a .NET Software Developer you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of high-performance software solutions. You will be directly assigned to our partner's client, a prominent banking company based in Marousi. You will analyze system requirements, design technical architectures, and write clean, scalable code to support critical banking operations. You will manage end-to-end application development, from concept to deployment, and ensure continuous improvement through code reviews and refactoring. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, while helping the team achieve excellence in software quality and performance.

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing system requirements, prioritizing tasks, and developing robust technical solutions.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code using .NET programming languages.
• Designing and implementing technical specifications and software architecture that align with business objectives.
• Conducting thorough testing and debugging of .NET applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Reviewing and refactoring code to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Deploying fully functional applications and ensuring their seamless integration into existing systems.
• Continuously upgrading and enhancing existing programs to meet evolving business needs.
• Providing guidance and support to junior developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of development processes and operational procedures.

Must Have

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience in solution design and software architecture for complex systems.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
