Who you are

The primary responsibility is to lead and own our C# backend services for our SaaS platform.  Our platform acts as the source of record for our web mobile and Office interfaces.  We are building a platform that allows quick iteration fast feature development and world class scalability and reliability.  Now that we have found product market fit we want to drive more engagement with current customers build new tooling for new markets and be the technology partner that drives the industry.

Successful candidates will be those who are team players love rapid growth and have demonstrated a verifiable track record of success in fast-paced and fluid environments.

• 5+ years of experience and strong C#/.Net framework expertise

• 3+ years of SaaS development experience

• Experience with Azure CI/CD MSSQL

• Excellent cross departmental collaboration skills

• Fantastic interpersonal written and oral communication skills

• Relevant startup or high-growth experience

Preliminary Screen - Intro to Valcre

• [20-30m] Conversation with Head of Talent - intro to Valcre and a chance for us to get to know you better

Round 1 - Meet the VP Engineering

• [30m] Conversation with VP of Engineering - get to know more about the position the leader you will be reporting to and why we are hiring this role

Round 2 - Meet the CTO + Technical Deep Dive - delve into your experience and technical know-how

• [45-60m] - Conversation with CTO. Code Sample review and work session: we will review some code you’ve written and ask you to make some quick changes to get an idea of your skills and strengths

• [30m] - Deep dive w/ VP of Engineering: dive deeper into success for this role means in the next 6/12/24 months

Final Stage - Meet our CEO

• [15-20m] - Conversation with CEO: get to know our CEO and co-founder his vision for the company as a whole and what’s so exciting about our work

• References and offer prep
