Who you are
The primary responsibility is to lead and own our C# backend services for our SaaS platform. Our platform acts as the source of record for our web mobile and Office interfaces. We are building a platform that allows quick iteration fast feature development and world class scalability and reliability. Now that we have found product market fit we want to drive more engagement with current customers build new tooling for new markets and be the technology partner that drives the industry.
Successful candidates will be those who are team players love rapid growth and have demonstrated a verifiable track record of success in fast-paced and fluid environments.

5+ years of experience and strong C#/.Net framework expertise

3+ years of SaaS development experience
-
Experience with Azure CI/CD MSSQL
-
Excellent cross departmental collaboration skills

Fantastic interpersonal written and oral communication skills

Relevant startup or high-growth experience

[45-60m] - Conversation with CTO. Code Sample review and work session: we will review some code you’ve written and ask you to make some quick changes to get an idea of your skills and strengths

[30m] - Deep dive w/ VP of Engineering: dive deeper into success for this role means in the next 6/12/24 months
Final Stage - Meet our CEO
