About The Role & Team

The Global Campaigns Team is responsible for developing strategic integrated campaigns in partnership with revenue marketing leaders to drive pipeline through channel activation plans and support the overall business growth across channels. We are looking for a data-driven individual to own the strategy, create a tight alignment across key stakeholders, and deliver targeted campaigns that address market transitions and support strategic priorities.

 As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will: 

  • Develop integrated marketing plans (persona mapping, customer journeys, content plans & activation, nurtures, and conversion through the funnel) in partnership with growth, field marketing, and regional partner teams to drive global pipeline. 
  • Leverage data and insights to create the strategy, identify new opportunities, improve efficiencies, build projections, and report on impact. 
  • Collaborate and partner with business leads to identify strengths and gaps in performance and channel mix and work with appropriate stakeholders to take action.
  • Oversee the implementation of channel activation plans, and ensure effective market impact to support the overall business growth across channels (digital marketing, paid & owned media, events, promotions, ecomm, email, webinars, etc.)
  • Create and manage content to support campaigns across various teams (videos, infographics, ebooks, emails, white papers, display ads, blogs, social, case studies, webpages, & advertising collateral).

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • 8+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B technology with a solid ability to strategically develop integrated campaigns, programs, and activities
  • A passion for metrics and data with a strong ability to provide insights, analyze programs and campaign performance to influence decisions. 
  • Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development, and execution of global, multichannel demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and 1:1 collaboration)
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Self-starter with desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills coupled with a meticulous desire to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools; ability to bring innovative ideas and best practices.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce preferred.

Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in New York City. New York City salary range: $125,000 - $188,000.
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $125,000 - $188,000.
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $112,000 - $169,000.
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $112,000 - $169,000.

Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
