Summary of Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Campaign Manager whose mission will be to help partners achieve their goals and maximize ROI through the implementation of cutting-edge campaign strategies. The Strategic Campaign Manager is responsible for the execution of programmatic advertising campaigns leveraging state-of-the art proprietary and 3rd-party media-buying and ad-serving platforms. This critical role is focused on achieving campaign KPIs and collaborates closely with the Sales team and our Partners to deliver the best service and performance to accelerate AdCellerant’s growth. You will be a key player in helping our customers maximize the value of our solutions. You will be a key player in helping our customers maximize the value of our solutions.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage multichannel programmatic campaigns (Desktop, Mobile, Video, CTV, Social) across multiple platforms, while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues
  • Conduct full analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, issues while providing requested breakdowns to partners of ways to improve campaign performance
  • Work with internal teams to provide partners with programmatic media recommendations and optimization strategies that align with client objectives
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for our partners and internal teams to help translate complex strategies and technologies into simpler concepts to increase awareness and understanding within digital advertising.
  • Builds trusted relationships through collaboration, communication and impact-oriented action and follow through with strategic clients
  • Capability of trafficking all creatives and setting campaigns up prior to launch date
  • Ability to speak to AdCellerant’s differentiation of in-market audiences and highlight our unique capabilities for clients
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of media technology platforms
  • Champion the training of new team members and keep all training documents updated as needed
  • Ability to run high touch/high profile campaigns with minimal/no error

Work across teams to schedule campaigns focused on new/recently tested products


Location Information:

This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.

  • Our HQ is in Denver, Colorado. Our fun, downtown location is open for those who wish to work in the office, set visitor meetings, and collaborate with coworkers in person.   • Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.

Compensation:

The total annual compensation targets a range of $67,000 - $93,000.

This is a combination of salary and bonuses. The base salary is $55,000 annually, depending on experience. The bonus structure will be tied to campaign volume and successful execution and management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in ad operations, ad trafficking or account management at a digitally focused ad agency, client or media company
  • 3+ years working and communicating with clients or internal customers focused on data, operations and/or performance conversations
  • Experience with Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Facebook, LinkedIn, Amazon and or any other associated ad serving technology
  • Experience aggregating, providing and explaining performance reporting for digital media campaigns
  • Working knowledge of digital production, design, digital ad tags, and/or creative specs
  • Demonstrated experience handling, organizing and managing complex, detailed oriented tasks with a high level of success and a very low error rate
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems through provided channels
