LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Campaign Manager with a demonstrated track record of driving and scaling global campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, sales and channels, reporting to the Campaign Lead.

- You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns globally to deliver qualified leads into the sales pipeline
- As a role model you continuously monitor and optimize campaigns and programs, reporting on ROI and Pipeline, as well as Identifying and developing demand gen content aligned to the buyer journey
- Your experience and thirst for excellence inspires others to collaborate on campaigns (e.g. Sales, Partner Management, Product Marketing and Field)
- You are excited to work in an agile workplace, with a dynamic international team
- You wish to develop Personal Development trainings and offerings
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- > 5 years experience in similar role with a focus on developing multi-channel roadmaps
- Experience with responsibility of marketing strategy built on content and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working on integrated marketing campaigns; Knowledge of Pragmatic Product Marketing and/or Sirius Decisions framework is a plus
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and/or Cloud Native technologies and SaaS - able to communicate these topics to ensure our audiences success
- Skilled role model with a track record of managing multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
