Job Description

As a senior manager for global campaigns, you will own all campaigns and programs to support growth and expansion of both new prospects and existing customers. Your objective will be to spearhead the strategy, planning, and day-to-day execution of the awareness and demand generation programs across the buyer's journey that drive revenue for SailPoint.
In this role, you will work in the Product Marketing department, collaborating closely with the corporate marketing, digital marketing, field marketing, and marketing operations teams. You will own the campaign strategy and marketing mix across all channels (paid media, organic social, website, email nurture, and more). Your objective is to ensure proper messaging, timing, tracking, and execution of these campaigns. You have a strong vision for how to segment, target, message to, and optimize marketing database programs for maximum performance.
The ideal candidate is someone who can both develop a holistic strategy and execute by working cross-functionally to drive optimal results. You have a passion for thinking out-of-the-box by trying new marketing channels and tactics. You can leverage data-driven insights to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging, improve engagement, and ultimately convert prospects. You are detail-oriented, know how to manage your time, have excellent writing & communication skills, and bring a great track record of working cross-functionally across teams.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead global campaigns strategy and execution
  • Manage a small team of individual contributors with possibility to expand team in the future
  • Own pipeline and campaign dynamics for your segment(s) including standard campaign conversion rates, pipeline creation, acceleration, and win/loss dynamics to inform strategic planning
  • Create and execute multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns, including both inbound and outbound tactics, to achieve pipeline creation goals
  • Own the demand generation calendar, including email programs, webinars, 3rd-party lead generation services, and other programs
  • Develop strategies for testing, optimizing, and scaling successful campaigns
  • Build a world-class integrated campaign program from the ground up. Partner with field marketing and inside sales to engage, nurture and win the accounts.
  • Work with content marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to design impactful campaigns that will mature the contacts in our DB and attract new ones
  • Work with our events team to build comprehensive, full-lifecycle campaigns around the events we attend
  • Own our marketing database, developing meaningful segmentation, ensuring data quality, and implementing lead scoring, marketing automation, and lead management
  • Develop a reporting structure & KPIs to accurately measure engagement, conversion, and the impact of campaigns on pipeline, working with our sales operations and finance teams
  • Enable field marketing teams and inside sales reps to make full use of content, offers and campaigns to engage and qualify leads most effectively
  • Understand the full buyer's journey and proactively consider how marketing can support at every stage in the journey
  • Analyze, communicate, and present results of marketing campaigns to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS campaigns role - 8+ years preferred
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success implementing multi-channel marketing programs and measuring ROI
  • Solid background in persona-based campaign building and execution
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives and deliver under tight deadlines

  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo or comparable marketing automation tools
  • Experience building strong rapport and partnership with cross-functional groups on the marketing team, SDRs, Marketing Ops, AEs and Sales Leadership
  • Self-starter who is experienced in successfully taking a project from concept to execution
  • Strong project/program management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy to consume business value
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, and meet deadlines
