Senior Campus Recruiter Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate - Campus is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process of intern and entry-level talent. The incumbent collaborates with key leaders on campus talent acquisition execution, and supports the RSM brand and recruitment marketing in the Central region for audit and tax lines of business, focused in the Austin and San Antonio market
Essential Duties
- Using past experiences to execute and improve upon programs and activities to support the recruiting strategies for all RSM lines of business within the assigned location(s) including:
- Actively participating in firm events and activities at assigned universities
- On-campus event planning and management
- Candidate identification and selection
- Candidate on-campus and in-office interview coordination
- Facilitate the candidate offer decision process
- Candidate care and communication throughout the recruitment process
- Internship and other early identification program execution
- Using social media to engage with prospective candidates and build the RSM brand
- Utilization of recruitment systems in accordance with firm standards to track and measure the process
- Compliance with OFCCP regulations for federal/state requirements as they relate to hiring practices
- Partner with key stakeholders (Line of Business Leaders, Office Managing Partners, Location Leaders and Campus Champions) and talent acquisition managers and/or leaders in the development, communication and execution of the campus recruiting strategy for assigned location(s) - including school selection, faculty relations, pipeline programs, candidate care, hiring goals, managing to financial and hiring budgets and meeting individual performance metrics.
- Assists in the facilitation of intern and entry-level candidate onboarding process with other HR resources to ensure high level of candidate care and nurturing occurs from point of acceptance to commencement of employment. May assist with new employee orientation delivery as needed.
- Evaluate and measure campus recruiting results and identify areas for process and performance improvement for assigned locations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree required
- PHR/SPHR preferred
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office required
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking and other recruitment systems preferred
- Proficient with using social media for candidate engagement required
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of campus recruiting preferred
- Three to five years of other relevant work experience required
- Prior experience in a professional services environment preferred
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
- Ability to work effectively and influence across a highly matrixed, multi-location organization is required
- Ability to work autonomously and exhibit a professional demeanor to internal and external clients is required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - required
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests from different sources is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills required
- Very strong attention to detail is required
- Required to keep abreast of internal and competitive market conditions
