Senior Capability Developer

Description

SAIC currently has an opening for a Senior Capability Developer in Huntsville, AL.

Job Duties:

The candidate will support the customer with capability development and integration processes, evaluating future concepts across DOTMLPF-P elements while assessing functionality, solution alternatives, operational and cost benefits including to identify risk(s).

Qualifications

Required Education and experience:

• Bachelors Degree and fifteen (15) years of experience; Four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree

Required Security Clearance:

• Candidate must have an Active Top Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Required Skills:

• Experienced in areas such as:
  • • Space
    • High Altitude and Missile Defense
    • Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
    • Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs)
• Experience developing assessments of current / future systems
• Experience with development of emerging materiel solutions
• Experience with synchronization of Army operational assessments
• Development, coordination, and staffing of appropriate Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) documents to include the required supporting analysis and documentation
• Highly preferred retired Army - 05/06
