Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst, Capital Markets is responsible for supporting the treasury, capital markets, and investor relations functions for the company. This position also compiles and analyzes financial information and develops and maintains models, projections, reports, and presentations. Responsibilities include asset-backed securitization ("ABS") transaction execution, warehouse facility negotiation and execution, asset sales and flow relationships, cash flow modeling and valuation, preparation of investor reports and other strategic financial initiatives.

Job Duties:

• Works with underwriters, legal counsel, rating agencies and accountants to execute asset-backed securitization ("ABS") transactions and private credit facilities.
• Creates and maintains rating agency and investor presentations.
• Fields questions from and prepares analyses for investors as needed.
• Analyzes and reports on company financial information including credit performance, financial performance, and securitizations reporting.
• Builds and maintains multiple cashflow, valuation, and other financial models.
• Works closely with other departments such as credit risk management, accounting, finance and IT on various projects and deliverables.
• Ensures all Treasury controls and compliance requirements are met.
• Responsible for structuring securitizations regularly throughout the year; builds stratifications for said pools to ensure all criteria are being met for different funding vehicles.
• Analyzes excess capital allocation opportunities.
• Builds slides that detail monthly capital markets activity that are used to present to the Executive team at regular asset/liability committee meetings.
• Develops, gathers, and monitors capital markets and consumer finance market trends and conditions.
• Reads, negotiates, and ensures accuracy of legal documents of ABS transactions and private credit facilities.

Education and Work Experience:

• College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Six (6+) or more years of direct related experience.
• Must have advanced spreadsheet experience.
• Requires effective communications skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and prioritization abilities.
• Results oriented with heavy focus on attention to detail.
• Additional experience with data warehouse environments, SQL, Bloomberg or Intex is a plus.
