About the role
Care Coordination is part of our Care Operations team, which supports the operational processes needed to deliver exceptional mental healthcare. Care Coordination is a customer support team whose mission is to deliver and facilitate a best-in-class experience to our clients and to our clinical team. Care Coordination operates at the juncture of many functions and collaborates with Product & Engineering, Clinical Care, Care Operations, Marketing, and Business Development.

As a Senior Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting our prospective and active clients throughout their care journey at Two Chairs. You will also be responsible for supporting a team of Care Coordinators as they help clients and clinicians.
Core Areas of Responsibility

Client Communication, Client Intake & Care Coordination Leadership 

• Work with Care Coordination management to stand up and develop prospective client conversion efforts.
• Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
• Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
• Serve as an empathetic lead for Care Coordinators as they navigate assisting clients and clinicians 
• Focus on client barriers to care, the intake and onboarding process
• Support our clinical team with various operational workflows
• Working with cross-functional partners through project management and pilots
• Collaborating with Care Coordination management on how to structure workload to properly support team members
• Use a data focused lens and reporting to tell the story of Care Coordination and our clients

Impact and Success Indicators 

Where you’ll make an impact in the first 90 days:

• Onboard into Senior Care Coordinator workflows
• Begin to work independently on basic care coordinator, client and clinician communications
• Start to understand and get involved in priority company projects

Where you’ll make an impact in the first year:

• Remove common barriers to seeking mental healthcare by providing accessible, supportive, and informative support to our clients
• Support Care Coordinators through coaching and creating / improving systems that help reach their prospective call target. 

Be a key contributor to company priorities by telling the story of client conversion through metrics and consistent reporting.

You’ll be successful if you are:

• 1- 3 years of supervisory/lead experience or systems management experience preferred
• Excited about navigating a growing, rapidly changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Passionate about mental health care and getting clients into care
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with a diverse range of clients
• Ability to communicate efficiently, clearly, and comprehensively
• Detail-oriented and excited about problem-solving to get the job done
• Purpose driven vs. ego driven
• Nice to have experience working with Business Development and Marketing teams on reducing barriers to get new clients into care / booking appointments
• Nice to have experience working with clinical intake teams and how they collaboration with non-clinical operations teams
• Nice to have: Bilingual 
• Nice to have: Previous experience with a Language Access program
