Senior CFO/CRO Tech Lead

Position Overview

ATLAS SP is seeking a Senior CFO/CRO Tech Lead to support the CFO and CRO organizations and to help build out a finance, risk and compliance ecosystem that enables us to scale our business.   

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation strategy for the CFO and CRO organizations
• Build out the infrastructure for the CFO and CRO organizations, replacing ad-hoc processes and manually maintained excel spreadsheets with robust production processes
• Analyze complex ecosystem of legacy systems
• Architect and scale a modern Treasury platform that consumes data from multiple internal sources and vendors
• Design and build an integrated risk reporting system
• Automate BAU processes for funding, client and lender interaction
• Build a reporting infrastructure catering to the CFO and CRO organizations needs reflecting the current state of the business as well as advanced forecasting
• Enhance Excel models and build out functionality on internal applications to migrate processes off spreadsheets
• Enhance the data model taking into account industry best practices
• Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to efficiently process large volumes of data and build reporting infrastructure to make the data available to the user group
• Work with engineering teams to ensure robust instrumentation across multiple systems
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements
• Implement monitoring systems to ensure data quality

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
• Leadership experience including design and implementation of cloud-native applications
• 10+ years of experience supporting CFO & CRO organizations and processes
• 15+ years of proven experience as a senior software developer, including crafting and implementing sophisticated systems from scratch
• 5+ years of proven experience working with cloud technology (preferably Azure), data models, API design, API development
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SQL database design
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• 15+ years of extensive development experience with technologies like: Python, JSON, Java, .NET
• 5+ years of experience using common BI tools including Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI etc.
• Agile development experience
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
• Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores is a plus

Base Salary Range

$225,000 - $300,000
