Job Description: As a Hybrid Project/Change Manager, you will be part of the Wildfire Operations Program Management office, which is dedicated to supporting programs and projects focused on achieving our client's strategic wildfire mitigation & resiliency goals. Our work is fast-paced and high-profile, requiring strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills. In addition, good communications and presentation creation skills are necessary. You must be comfortable connecting and collaborating, primarily remotely (at this point), with individuals in a range of roles from across the company. Utility industry experience is a plus.

Respnsibilities:
Designing and implementing project and change management plans and strategies, interventions for improving employee adoption of change and morale, ensuring stakeholder readiness, preparing leaders for change, and enhancing cultural shifts.
Partnering with business sponsors, leadership teams and executive officers to build change capability and readiness in the organization
Designing and implementing project scopes, schedules and deliverables
Creating change-related communications and training content/materials

Required Skills:
Project Management and Change Management; prefer Project Management and change management certifications such as PMP, PROSCI or CCMP (Certified Change Management Practitioner) Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Advanced knowledge of project and change management principles, including methodologies, theories, models, tools, and techniques
History of successfully leading project and change management workstreams on enterprise-wide, complex, cross-functional projects and/or strategic initiatives
Flexible and resourceful; willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level
Ability to lead, take action, and provide results-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity
Advanced skills in providing coaching and feedback in a constructive manner
Advanced skills in building trust, overcoming resistance in different settings and work cultures, influencing stakeholders, and leading without formal authority
Advanced skills in strategic thinking to understand where the organization stands currently, where it wants to be and how to get there
Advanced skills in creative storytelling, translating complex ideas into easy-to-consume content for stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of training program design, adult learning theory and state-of-the-art training techniques
Working knowledge of procurement and contract administration
Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office suite

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, organizational effectiveness, psychology or other related field, or equivalent experience.
• # Of Years of Experience: 5 - 10 years
