Your mission?
Develop and maintain great relationships with our partners - guiding them through onboarding, training, joint-marketing, sales, and project delivery. In addition, you'll engage with industry specialists from leading firms to share Pricefx updates and gain a better understanding of the changing market landscape.
What will be your responsibilities?

  • Recruit, develop and maintain a matrix of strategic partnerships that support the defined target profile in order to support our overall growth targets
  • Guide partners through the onboarding process from initial discussion about Pricefx, through demonstrations, partner fit & potential analysis, and legal agreements
  • Responsible for the overall partner relationship, including strategic go-to-market planning, revenue growth targets and all operations necessary to profitably retain, grow and service our customers
  • Work with strategic partners and sales teams to maximize revenue potential, by building and executing joint go-to-market plans
  • Support partner and sales with customer acquisition, conversion and retention targets, as appropriate
  • Be the single point of contact for the partner and bring in resources from Sales, Marketing, Customer Solutions, Customer Success and Product as necessary
  • Manage PFX Partner KPIs and metrics including forecasting pipeline and influenced revenue from partners on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Attend events on behalf of Pricefx and be able to represent our brand and discuss the Pricefx Platform capabilities
  • Consistent delivery of stated quarterly and annual objectives
  • Update partners on our latest product developments, customer success stories, partner accelerators, etc. on a periodic basis
  • Participate, as asked, in the Partner Advisory Board ("PAB")


What should you have to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field required
  • 3-5 years of experience preferably in one or more of the following areas - partner / channel management, Marketing & Sales, Management Consulting, Pricing
  • Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders
  • Customer-focused and a partner advocate
  • Entrepreneurial spirit/Self-starter: willingness to take calculated risks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills


This would make it easier :

  • General knowledge of pricing, pricing strategies, and software
  • Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce.com
  • Management or technology consulting background
