What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a Senior Channel Manager to source new dealers in focus markets & drive performance to achieve our market specific targets. To be successful in this role, you will need a positive can-do attitude and should be an exceptionally well-organized, detail oriented multi-tasker. The right candidate must possess strong verbal and communication skills, be a self-starter, take initiative and be a team player!
This role is remote and will report to the Sr. Director of Sales. Additionally, the Senior Channel Manager will collaborate frequently with the Head of Sales Operations.

- New dealer acquisition, vetting, & onboarding nationally
- Work with your dealers to build a national strategy & pipeline to target both residential and commercial customers.
- Develop a national and market specific event marketing & retail staffing strategy
- Help dealers developer their sales strategy by market
- Track and monitor new market launches & sales activities
- Track and monitor event calendar and retail staffing procedures
- Analyze sales performance and recommend enhancements to ensure their success
What will help you succeed:Must-haves:
- 5-10 years' experience managing door-to-door partners on a national basis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a positive and proactive team player
- Experience managing third party sales dealers
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, and prioritize in a deadline driven environment
Nice-to-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience supporting/managing channel partners

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $95,600 to $191,200. There will also be a competitive incentive compensation package, as well as benefits and equity components to the package. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
