Job Description
Our Team:
Vista's Customer Experience and Marketing organization serves, inspires, and delights customers - and helps others in our organization do the same. From the simplest interaction on our website to how people take in our advertising and communications, we are obsessed with delivering value. We know our customers' needs, and we strive to exceed their expectations. Touching every element of the business, we're here to grow and build the Vista brand, reach new audiences, and offer the best possible experience for every customer. As a Senior Channel Marketing Specialist, you would be joining the global email marketing team within Vista supporting the North American market. This role is responsible for developing creative email campaigns and channel strategies that increase long-term customer value and support overall business objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the email schedule planning process for North America, ensuring alignment with company objectives and priorities while obsessing over our customers and creators.
- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for the North America go-to-market team, collaborating closely to support campaign plans, refine offer strategies, and optimize based on performance data and insights.
- Monitor key email metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and profitability, to craft insightful reports on email performance, using data-driven analysis to inform future strategies and initiatives.
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate test plans to elevate email performance, lead all aspects to ensure the success of each test, and conduct thorough test analysis to advise next steps. Follow-through on recommendations to ensure test findings are used to grow channel performance.
- Effectively brief email channel requirements to the creative team based on individual campaign needs.
- Provide creative feedback through both live sessions and asynchronous review, using channel expertise to provide valuable input and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all email assets to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency, reflecting our commitment to delivering amazing results together.
- Stay up to date with email marketing best practices to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the global email team, analytics, project management, go-to-market, creative, and technology groups to conceptualize, develop, and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies that engage customers effectively.
Your Qualifications:
At Vista, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. No matter your background or work experience, we strongly encourage you to apply-even if you feel that you don't meet the exact requirements or have the same qualifications. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities.
