Job Description:
Responsible for leading the execution and optimization of digital content and marketing campaigns across all owned, earned, and paid media channels, including website, blog, email, social media, and live events. Manages the technical development and publication of content across multiple CMS and platforms according to brand standards and to drive product awareness, traffic, and engagement. Monitors and reports on campaign activity, including audience engagement and user experience. Works cross-functionally with content development, sales enablement, and martech teams to execute campaigns. Compiles and reports on audiences for targeted campaign activities.
Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements digital content and corresponding digital marketing and content marketing plans.
  • Manages the publication of marketing assets and all facets of execution needed for marketing operations. Provides digital content, social media, and campaign reporting.
  • Partners on other Marketing Projects for all areas of the business and collaborates with all business units on content and marketing efforts as assigned, ensuring effective collaboration on enterprise-wide initiatives like website and email development, technical implementation, and content publishing.
  • Advises manager and internal business partners on customer experience, user experience (UX), and campaign optimization best practices.
  • Manages campaign milestones and ensures on-time delivery.
  • Develops and maintains a few account specific marketing and promotion plans. Establishes and maintains relationships with vendors to ensure increase in brand and product awareness, traffic, and engagement.
  • Stays abreast of digital content and marketing industry trends and makes recommendations for content optimization to execute marketing campaign best practices and reach business goals.

Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Campaign execution
  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Content Strategy

Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
  • Proficiency in HTML for email and web development and CSS for front-end web design work
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar platforms
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics preferred) and ability to interpret data and translate into insights
  • Experience with database marketing and management of audience files
  • Basic understanding of internet and website management technologies, content marketing, user experience, information architecture, web design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and graphic design
  • Interest in marketing technology tools and marketing automation
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to intake, manage, and prioritize requests within a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence creating and adhering to processes and workflows to maintain operational excellence
  • Organizational awareness: understanding of key partners; ability to collaborate and communicate
  • Comfortable troubleshooting and finding solutions to ambiguous problems

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $63,500.00 to $107,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
