Senior Client Operations Manager - Biotech

We are seeking a Senior Client Operations Manager - Biotech to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA's laboratory business as a remote position.

As the Senior Client Operations Manager - Biotech, you will be collaborating with project teams, senior project managers, and business development to ensure excellent program delivery and consistency. You will be implementing best practices, enhancing client relationships, and maintaining an overview of project performance. Additionally, you will be working with clients to develop governance structures and cadence to present the status of the portfolio health.
What you'll be doing:
- Establishing close working relationships with the Q² Solutions global project team, Business Development, Operational teams and appropriate CRO counterpart to ensure consistent, quality, global delivery of all studies.
- Participating on client specific operational committees, with accountability for developing a true partnership and ensuring senior management is frequently informed on the current status and progress with portfolio health of the client relationship.
- Regularly reviewing with internal team members for QLAB global project team and Business Development to include lessons learned, best practices, standards, client specific requirements, budget management, KPI's, Master Service Agreement, customer surveys, and discuss progress, actions, next steps, and responsibilities.
- Tracking and managing performance metrics and/or service level agreements.
- Participating in technical reviews and proposal development as needed to ensure standards are captured.
- Facilitating both the preparation and delivery on client calls and meetings, dependent on need and communication plans.
- Driving specific client requests across the internal QLAB Q² Solutions organization.
- Implementing best practices and process improvements across all clients.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree Sciences or related field Preferred.
- 7 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 5 years project management experience Preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
- Knowledge of company operations and all project services job functions.
- Knowledge of "assigned" customer(s) expectations, requirements and needs.
- Solve complex problems by assuring cooperation from collaborating with multiple departments as needed.
- Ability to deliver high quality project management tasks globally with a sense of urgency.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $147,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
