Job Summary:

The Senior Client Service Associate is responsible for delivering the highest level of client support as well as helping ensure successful implementations of new clients. They are subject matter experts for their team and enjoy sharing their expertise with others. This role has successfully demonstrated the ability to work with the most complex and challenging issues and requests with little to no supervision.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for daily phone and/or email coverage
  • Provide support to clients regarding product functionality
  • Communicate and document Service Request status to advisors on a timely basis
  • Address and respond to internal inquiries regarding client accounts
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client questions and requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Partner with your team members, Manager, and Director to ensure standard processes and controls are in place to deliver consistent level of quality client services
  • Mentor CSAs; provide product training, as well as guidance and direction on driving clients towards best practice
  • Engage in defect management to help triage issues and determine whether development or training related
  • Grow and maintain knowledge in product and tools directly related to the position's responsibilities
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services sphere, specifically the registered advisory, brokerage or financial services industry
  • 1+ year as a Client Service Associate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required
  • Degree in Business, Finance or similar
  • Some travel may be required, up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tools/Products: Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce: Financial Services Cloud

Salary:

The annual base salary range for this position is $51,000 to $110,000.
