The Senior Client Service Representative, serves as a primary contact for clients and provides timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries to ensure exceptional levels of client service are met. The Senior Client Service Representative performs reviews of daily service and transaction work and actively participates in the execution of client account conversions. The Sr. Client Service Representative operates under less direction than the Client Service Representative, supports funds with greater complexity, works on larger accounts, and supports the guidance and training of newly hired, less experienced staff.

Client Service and Inquiry Response
- Proactively respond to client inquiries on a daily basis.
- Work effectively with internal departments to prioritize client requests, deliverables and issue resolution.
Risk Management and Control
- Complete monthly client reporting requirements.
- Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service related metrics.
- Participate in team based project work and audits.
- Monitor receipt of all client documentation (tax, KYC, account information, authorized signers, etc.) and analyze exposure of missing documentation to BBH/client.
- Ensure proper escalation and follow through on claims payments and invoice collection.
Technology / Productivity
- Effectively utilize BBH's internal systems to support daily client servicing deliverables.
- Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries.
- Ensure any accounting related issues or breaks are reviewed and resolved daily.
Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
- BS/BA degree preferably in a business, finance, or accounting related concentration and/or equivalent work experience.
- 1 + years global custody, fund accounting or ETF experice.
- Prior work experience in a client servicing role is preferred
- Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline oriented environment.
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs. Experience in reporting and managing multiple data sources.
- Knowledge of custody, fund accounting corporate actions, equity, fixed income and derivative investments, and emerging markets.
- Strong ability to apply analytical skills to data, work flows numeric information and problem solving.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel.
