Who we are looking for?

If you are efficient, hard working, a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a progressive environment, creating a positive relationship with clients, finding the simplest solution to complex matters for clients, then you may be a perfect candidate to join our team of Sr. Client Specialists.

Your role:

Working within the Retail Services department, the Sr. Client Specialist will answer inbound calls in support of Retail Direct shareholders. You will assist with processing financial transactions, provide account information, and respond to client inquiries daily of varying complexity. In addition, you will be providing advanced technical assistance for shareholders' online accounts. On a case-by-case basis, you will be reviewing shareholder accounts for any errors, general issues, and escalating matters through appropriate channels, when issues cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact. You will be responsible for tracking the progress of the matters that you escalate to ensure proper follow up and closure of these issues. You will also have the opportunity to provide guidance to junior members of the staff. This position does not have direct reports.

Your Expertise:

High school or secondary school degree required. BA/BS degree or a minimum of two-year customer service experience preferred. Proficiency with navigation/use of multiple computer applications simultaneously needed.

Certification:

You will be required to obtain your SIE, Series 6 and 63 FINRA licenses within 1 - 2 years of when you are hired.
