This is a remote position. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

We are looking for a Senior Client Website Support Manager to join our Client Experience Team and support our growing client base who leverage the RubyLaw platform to manage their websites, firm data, content quality, and generate pitch and proposal documents. This is a REMOTE position. This person will have extensive experience managing client requests from the initial email, all the way to the deployment of the live website, including:

  • Experience supporting sophisticated website implementations for multiple clients, including ongoing management of enhancements and bug fixes for & live production websites and web applications
  • Communicating with clients to determine requirements, provide details, and receive approval on client requests
  • Collaborating with our in-house U.S.-based engineering team to define the optimal solution and effort required
  • Ensuring updates have been verified by our internal quality assurance team
  • Choreographing multiple production website updates and client responses to ensure timeliness and accuracy
  • Demonstrating back-end content management system (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, etc.) features and functionality to clients

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess superior writing skills, and be comfortable communicating with clients via email throughout the day.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in tech support, or as a client support representative
  • Experience working with sophisticated websites, web applications, and/or CMS systems
  • Legal marketing or similar professional services marketing experience is a major plus
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • The ability to work on a small team, communicate effectively, and have a passion for technology and design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing requests in an issue management/ticketing system
  • Bachelors degree
