The role

Our clinical operations team is hiring to build provider operations underpinning the next $100M+ vertical at Path. We are looking for a strong generalist to come work with our team of experienced, passionate individuals to scale our Psychiatry business, both in terms of size and geographical reach. 

As a Senior Clinical Operations Associate at Path, you will help grow our business dramatically by developing new clinical processes, transforming our technical systems to support our growth, and working cross-functionally (including with our Product & Engineering teams) to build a world-class provider & patient experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or an operations role

• Analytical capabilities - must be able to execute basic Excel functions (like INDEX/MATCH), interpret data, make informed requests for data from analytical partners

• Tech proficient - can learn new systems quickly, even if previously unfamiliar. Familiarity with GSuite is required

• Experience with process optimization and standing up scalable processes

• Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce

• Bias for action, attention to detail and succinct written and oral communication 

• Experience working cross-functionally

• Experience working in healthcare

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with any EHR system, ePrescribing software

• Experience managing a team of offshore support representatives

• High-growth startup and/or behavioral health experience
