Company Overview: Chicagoland Home Products is a rapidly expanding custom storage solution and window covering company situated in Elk Grove Village, IL. We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and installation of custom closets, home offices, garages, pantries, and more. Our services also extend to providing and installing window coverings. Job Title: Senior Lead Closet Installer Job Description: • Employment Type:Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week. Workdays start at 7 am from Monday to Friday. • Responsibilities: • Demonstrating a positive attitude and adept communication skills to liaise with clients, ensuring the satisfaction of our final product. • Utilizing past installation experience in the closet or cabinet field to lead and supervise installation teams effectively. • Training and developing the installation team, while actively participating in installations. • Operating tools and equipment required for the assembly and installation of closet systems. • Loading vehicles with necessary items for delivery and installation. • Checking and loading items onto carts and dollies. • Maintaining cleanliness and organization at job sites and company vehicles. • Communicating effectively with clients to address queries or concerns. • Fulfilling any other job duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Previous installation experience in the closet or cabinet field is required. • Crown and base molding installation required. • Ability to lift 50 pounds. • Possession of a valid driver’s license. • Able to work in a team environment. • Competency in operating tools and equipment essential for assembling and installing closet systems. • Strong communication skills in English.
