Responsibilities

Humana Inc. seeks Senior Cloud Architect in Louisville, KY.

Duties: Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for cloud computing environments. Develops specifications for new IT cloud computing products and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. Begins to influence departments strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Telecommuting permitted.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related roles.

Requires at least 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:

-developing in Salesforce;

-delivering proof-of-concept types of projects;

-leading the implementation of projects;

-defining enterprise cloud strategies; and

-analyzing application portfolios.

Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required. 100% travel requirement to unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
