Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technology Engineer to join our Cloud Platform team as a key member, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our technical infrastructure. This role involves evaluating and implementing cutting-edge orchestration, automation, and tooling solutions to optimize cloud computing processes. If you have a deep understanding of AWS, Oracle, and Azure cloud services and infrastructure, and excel in designing and implementing solutions that effectively utilize these platforms, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Roadmap:

• Drive innovation by exploring new solution features and providing technical insights
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement Public Cloud Tools and Automation
• Provide technical expertise to inform significant Platform changes

2. Design, Implement, and Deliver Platform Deliverables:

• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications with precision
• Design and implement scalable automation scripts and solutions for the platform
• Participate in technical discussions during design/architectural phases
• Provide technical guidance during incident and problem management

3. Follow Best Practices and Principles:

• Govern and execute tasks in line with Cloud Platform, DevOps Tools, processes, and way of working
• Plan, define, and own the implementation of best practices in Automation pipelines, Platform Lifecycle, and processes
• Recommend improvements and provide feedback to Platform owners

Person Specifications

1. Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar
• Cloud and infrastructure-related certifications

2. Experience:

• Strong expertise in Public Cloud services
• Experience with cloud security best practices
• Understanding of Landing Zone Concepts, Networking fundamentals, Azure AD/IAM, Role-Based Access, and Security Control Policies
• Hands-on experience deploying/managing OpenShift/Kubernetes platform on Cloud providers

3. Knowledge and Skills:

• Agile Methodologies and Project Management
• Expert understanding of delivery methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills

• Expertise with Cloud Public Cloud Providers (Azure/AWS/Oracle)

• Jenkins: Hands-on experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Terraform: Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
• CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge of CI/CD principles and practices
• Cloud Security: Understanding of cloud security best practices
• Networking: Understanding of network architectures and services
• Monitoring and Alerting: Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
