AIG is seeking experienced technologists to join our team dedicated to building Azure Cloud-scale services focused on providing services for our development domains across all business lines of AIG. The ideal candidate will be familiar with SDLC, Azure Cloud and Cloud Networking for Multi Cloud. About the Position: This is a technology position that requires hands-on development and implementation within a fast-moving, agile group. This position will have a broad range of responsibilities that require deep knowledge of Azure and Networking.
Job Role:
1. Collaborating with development teams to understand and provide feedback for optimal cloud workload solution architecture within agency Azure environment
2. Setting up and Managing the cloud environment configurations to support WVD/application workloads
3. In depth knowledge of the Azure services
4. Designing and building out automation platforms utilizing IaC to provision using Terraform, PowerShell
5. Supporting and completing requests for operational support to include communicating level of effort and status to cloud leadership team
6. Setting up a secure Azure Cloud Foundation for WVD/Citrix implementations
7. Identifying and communicating opportunities for improving security posture within cloud environments
8. Maintain the Network to support applications across AWS and Azue
9. Fine Tune the network configuration to improve performance of applications
10. Maintain WAN across multiple cloud providers
11. Troubleshoot network related issues and identify any areas for improvement
Preferred skills and qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of cloud engineering methods, applications, and best practices across cloud service providers.
2. Experience implementing, managing, and supporting security products to protect workloads in Azure.
3. Experience in implementing and managing cloud networks.
