About the role:
The Listrak engineering team is on a mission to deliver the world's most effective AI-powered cross channel digital marketing platform. As a member of this team, a Senior Cloud Data Engineer will work closely with fellow engineering colleagues, members of product management, and DevOps to design, deliver, and support scalable data solutions that solve and simplify our customers' complex cross channel marketing needs.
The cloud engineer will have a great opportunity and join a senior-level team focused on driving Listrak's cloud strategy. This role will collaborate with team members to design and configure new cloud solutions, as well as train and educate others on cloud best practices.
- Assist team members with designing and building both pilot and production solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to evaluate, identify, and document optimal cloud approaches
- Document and educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies
- Identify, analyze, and resolve cloud infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
- Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce cloud compute and data storage expenses
- Maintain a culture of innovation and positivity
You have:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with cloud CI/CD
- Experience with SysOps and networking
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, C#, Java, or similar)
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- 4+ years of experience in engineering, IT, or DevOps organizations
- 4+ years working in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
- AWS Certifications (preferred)
