Your Role and Responsibilities
The MyNavy HR Transformation program is intended to evolve the Navy’s current MyNavy HR support environment from 200+ legacy applications (50+systems) to a cloud-based architecture comprised of five systems: Single Point of Entry (SPOE) Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) Navy Personnel and Pay (NP2) Learning Stack (LS) and the Authoritative Data Environment (ADE).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 5 years of Integration Development experience
• At least 3 years of experience with Java and Eclipse
• At least 3 years of experience with Configuring workstations Application Migration and Application Modernization
• At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• At least 3 years of experience with Java Agile development process
• DoD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Prior Navy ADE Experience
