Senior Cloud Program Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Cloud Program Manager will have extensive experience in managing complex cloud- based projects and possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure. As a Senior Cloud Program Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in AWS Azure Oracle and GCP cloud platforms hosted in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments. You will be managing multiple projects and ensuring that they are delivered on- time within budget and to the satisfaction of C1 PMO and customers. Anticipated responsibilities may include:

• Develop and execute project plans including scope timeline budget and resource allocation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that project milestones are met and that deliverables meet Government requirements.
• Work with the technical team to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment tools automated testing cloud microservices and container-based environments.
• Manage project risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage the procurement and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with CSPs and vendors.
• Coach mentor motivate and supervise project team members and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8+ years of experience in project management
• 4+ years of experience managing cloud-based projects.
• 4+ years of experience working in a DoD or other Federal Government environment
• Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies (Project Management Professional Scrum Master or similar certificates preferred).
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions.Familiarity with Agile principles.
• DoD Secret clearance required

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Previous experience with AF Cloud One program
• A Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility) is HIGHLY desired.
