The Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer Supports development and execution of cloud implementation strategy within organization's existing IT infrastructure. The Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer Implements the organization's cloud strategy from a technical perspective, including design, planning, integration, maintenance and support of cloud architecture. The Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer will act as a Lead on the team building an internal tool for a digital health platform. This individual will be responsible for Full Stack Engineering around both front-end and back-end coding languages.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with stakeholders across organization to evaluate cloud systems and identify appropriate solutions.
• Work in a Scrum/Agile environment and deliver upon assigned work in a timely manner over the course of an iterative project time-table.
• Collaborates with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud based products/services, applications and solutions.
• Drives the roll-out of cloud management platforms, evaluates its performance and implements enhancements.
• Begins to influence department's strategy.
• Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components.
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 or more years of experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications and/or infrastructure
• Cloud infrastructure experience: Azure, AWS or GCP
• 5 years of experience with Angular, React or Vue.js
• 5 years of experience with Node.js and Express.js
• Team Lead experience
• Ability to work with MySQL
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Degree
• Java, .NET, Python experience

Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
