Senior CNO Analyst/Programmer

Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior CNO An alyst/Programmer with experience with C and Python programming. The CNO Analyst/Programmer's role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. This role designs, develops, and supports application solutions to meet client requirements. They may design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering. Certifications in MCSE, RHCE, CEH, CCNA, or CISSP preferred
• Minimum six (6) years of experience with system (Windows, Linux, or Solaris) and network configurations
• Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting CNO development
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in computer security products on design, installation, configuration, and operational use

Candidates are required to have the following skills:

• Thorough C/C++ Development skills
• Experience with Networks
• Experience with IPv4 Protocol and Networking
• Experience with Python
