Senior Communication Analyst

The person will be responsible to create content for marketing materials, monthly newsletters, social media posts, business decks, campaigns etc. to help build better brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing day to day activities and supporting other internal teams with content related work. 

- Creating new content strategies to drive revenue

- Build brand recognition through innovative content and campaigns

- Support other internal teams with marketing and sales material.

- Create content for monthly communications, newsletters, articles, flyers and other marketing materials
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services and brand guidelines and prepare well-structured drafts
- Anticipates the needs of others and demonstrates service orientation
- Develop understanding of business as required to create materials for webinars and business presentations
- Promote content on social media and update website content as needed
- Coordinate with BD and design teams to illustrate articles and ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, - images and tone)
- Effective in priority setting
- Set up efficient work flow and QA processes
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Pro-actively seeks opportunities to assist others.

Required Qualifications
- Education - Graduation in related field (MBA Preferred)
- Relevant experience - 3 to 5 years
