Senior Communications Manager

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and innovation, supporting a fast-scaling healthcare AI company with a mission to transform access to medical expertise globally. You will be responsible for shaping and amplifying narratives that demonstrate real-world impact across clinical AI products, partnerships, and customer success stories. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex technical and healthcare innovations into compelling, market-ready communications. The role spans multiple European markets, requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on execution across PR, media relations, and campaign development. You will collaborate with agency partners while also driving creative ideas internally to elevate brand visibility. • Lead and execute communications strategy across key European markets, including Germany, France, and the UK
• Manage and coordinate agency relationships, ensuring high-quality output and consistent messaging across all channels
• Develop and localize narratives that translate technical healthcare AI innovations into compelling stories for media and stakeholders
• Own partner and customer communications, turning deployments, partnerships, and success stories into strong media opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and elevate key proof points aligned with strategic business pillars
• Support end-to-end product and company launches with impactful communications strategies and creative assets
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets across technology, healthcare, and business sectors
• Contribute to campaign ideation, content creation, and innovative storytelling formats that drive engagement and visibility
• Act as a key communications partner to commercial and leadership teams, ensuring alignment between business milestones and external messaging

Requirements:

• Proven experience in PR or communications at manager or senior manager level, ideally within tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments
• Experience working across European media markets, particularly Germany and France, with strong understanding of local media dynamics
• Background combining both agency and in-house communications experience
• Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical or healthcare concepts
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative campaign ideas and execute them end-to-end
• Comfortable working with data to identify insights and shape compelling narratives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or product-led growth environments
