A healthy work life balance is essential:

• Monday - Friday alternating shifts 7:00-3:00pm and 11:00am-7:00pm
• Weekends occasionally for events and coverage needs
• You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program developmentand not selling memberships!

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3+ years of corporate fitness program development and implementation experience
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
• ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Community Engagment Manager:

• Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
• Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
• Manages all aspects of fitness center operations, to include operating budget
• Represents Corporate Fitness Works through communication with the client and CFW leadership, to include creating reports and attending meetings
• Work with Account Manager for the successful execution of service deliverables/statement of work
• Assist client to develop success metrics and provide analysis and insight on the impact of programs and offerings
• Work with onsite Team Leaders to build effective fitness and wellbeing strategies
• Creates and maintains a supportive, friendly, team environment where respect is demonstrated, contributions are recognized and process improvement is expected
• Oversee group movement program and lead new and innovative group exercise classes
• Communicate expectations and support team development
• Support CFW culture and initiatives
