A healthy work life balance is essential:
- Monday - Friday alternating shifts 7:00-3:00pm and 11:00am-7:00pm
- Weekends occasionally for events and coverage needs
- You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program developmentand not selling memberships!
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years of corporate fitness program development and implementation experience
- 1+ year supervisory experience
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
- ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification

- Potential to earn additional income through Personal Training

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Community Engagment Manager:
- Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
- Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
- Manages all aspects of fitness center operations, to include operating budget
- Represents Corporate Fitness Works through communication with the client and CFW leadership, to include creating reports and attending meetings
- Work with Account Manager for the successful execution of service deliverables/statement of work
- Assist client to develop success metrics and provide analysis and insight on the impact of programs and offerings
- Work with onsite Team Leaders to build effective fitness and wellbeing strategies
- Creates and maintains a supportive, friendly, team environment where respect is demonstrated, contributions are recognized and process improvement is expected
- Oversee group movement program and lead new and innovative group exercise classes
- Communicate expectations and support team development
- Support CFW culture and initiatives
