As part of the overall Creative Cloud Community team, the Senior Community Relations Manager for Video will be responsible for building relationships and developing programs to foster engagement with our customer community around Adobe Video tools.

The ideal candidate is passionate about all kinds of video content and creativity, and is experienced in running events, leading partnerships, and building community relationship programs. This role is an exciting opporunity to make a positive impact on the Adobe Video Community!

The role

  • Launch, run, and increase impact of on-going community programs including online and in person events and community partnerships
  • Build and foster and nurture relationships with community leaders and event organizers.
  • Partner with product marketing and campaign teams to develop content strategy for event and partnerships that support key business objectives.
  • Provide input into video programming on Adobe Live, integrated marketing campaigns and on social media strategy that highlight the community.
  • Manage contract employees and vendors for event support.
  • Measure and track impact of events and partnerships, report on results to overall organization.

What is needed for success

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or business or film related major is preferred or 5 years of experience in another field relevant to any of the creative communities or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years in marketing creative products or community building role.
  • Proven experience working with the creative community running events or marketing for products or services for the creative community.
  • Passion for creativity as well as knowledge of the video community
  • Excellent communication skills especially writing skills.
  • Strong networking and social media skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently across large internal and international teams as well as with partner organizations in the community.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Experience using the Creative Cloud video tools and services is a bonus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 -- $200,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
