Position ResponsibilitiesÂ
Lead major compensation projects, partnering with teams across the organization.
Process compensation requests including job evaluations, salary recommendations, salary surveys and the annual compensation cycle.

Support the development and maintenance of compensation tools and programs.
Provide data-driven insights to optimize compensation processes using HR systems like Workday.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, Recruiters and business managers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Proficient in Excel.
4+ years of Compensation / Analyst experience.
Knowledge of compensation theory and practices a plus.
