Responsibilities

• Design and implement compilers for DSA.
• Performance analysis and optimization for ML workload and kernels.
• Participate the design of programming models for new hardware features.
• Actively work with open-source community in compiler development.

Requirements

• BS degree with 3+ years of experience in compiler development.
• Strong software programming skills in C++ & Python.
• Hands-on experiences in LLVM/MLIR/TVM compiler infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation and cooperate across geographic regions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Compiler development experience in GPGPU or heterogenous computing.
• Experience in compiler toolchains including assembler tools and linkers especially for RISC-V architecture.
• Knowledge of programming models for different DSAs.
