The Opportunityย
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Security Compliance Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring robust security operations across Incode. As an integral member of our security team, you will focus on compliance activities, including the development and enhancement of our security operations program. Your responsibilities will encompass assessing threats, analyzing data, and responding to security incidents, in collaboration with various teams including compliance, SRE, and product engineering.
Responsibilitiesย
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines based on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security compliance requirements for new and existing products/services.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in security compliance.
Qualifications:ย
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in security compliance roles, preferably in SaaS industries.
- Proven knowledge and experience with SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plu
