Senior Construction Project Manager

Our client is a local general contractor working on a variety of projects in the commercial space. They're looking for a senior level Project Manager to join their team. What You'll Do: • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, considering scope, timelines, budget, and resources. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. • Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial control and cost-effective measures. • Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial targets. What You'll Need: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. • 5+ years of Project Manager experience from a general contractor • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. • Strong organizational and leadership skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
