The Role

Senior Consultant, Kyndryl Inc., New York, NY, and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100 % telecommuting permitted): Analyze client's current state, define key outcomes, define and revise IT strategy, design conceptual solutions, plan and execute design and implementation work with the support of technical specialists, while accounting for time, cost and quality targets. Perform successful delivery of highly complex, multi-disciplined consulting engagements that deliver lasting and measurable value to clients. Develop a point of view, capture, prioritize, and analyze technical, functional, and non-functional requirements. Be involved in the evolution of intellectual capital assets and develop practice resources. Assemble and lead a team of consultants and architects with engagement management oversight. Manage the engagement contracts to terms and conditions. Facilitate and capture lessons learned from engagements to update methodologies and assets. Conduct consulting lunch and learn to disseminate knowledge. Lead the effort to expand service offerings. Manage and lead multi-disciplining complex engagements with multiple teams. Lead a group of individuals to ensure they are mentored, and have skills, objectives, and learning plans along with support to attain utilization KPIs. Utilize Infrastructure Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Grafana, and Prometheus. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience instead of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Solution Architect or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Infrastructure Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Grafana, and Prometheus. $147,285.00 to $197,950.08 per year.
