How you'll make an impact:As a Senior Consultant on our Advisory services team, you will be responsible for planning, execution, documentation, project management, and client relationship management for Advisory Service engagements which complement Strata's technology portfolio. You will be part of an exciting, autonomous, and growing business that leverages our market-leading software platform to help heal healthcare.The responsibilities of this role include:
  • Deliver clear and concise documentation to various levels of the customer organization, from directors and managers.
  • Coordinate logistics (timing, resources, meetings) of engagements with customer as well as internal Strata resources.
  • Build internal and external presentations to outline plan, progress, and outcomes.
  • Lead and support service projects by: data gathering, client user interviews, process flow documentation and design, communications, and rollout.
  • Engage with client end users and executives, to drive alignment across process and toolset.
  • Advise on the design of analytics to support customer's strategic priorities and operational transformation.
  • Assess current customer portfolio, toolset adoption, and strategic priorities for Advisory Services opportunities.
  • Identify and collaborate to address areas of opportunity for Advisory Services solutions, deliverables, or internal functions.
What we're looking for:
  • Proficiency in financial planning (operating budget, capital planning, long range planning, forecasting), financial analysis, and financial performance management
  • Experience in consulting, client management, operations, analytics, process improvement, and change management, preferably coordinating highly visible projects, presenting concepts and deliverables, and leading meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
