Job Title: Senior Consultant, Client Change
Summary:
The Client Change Management function is responsible for managing client change, overseeing deliverables, and handling client specific issue-resolution. This will include end-to-end process analysis and design with an understanding of technical and operating challenges and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. This role will focus on servicing clients in the Private funds space and the candidate will have an opportunity to work directly with large and complex clients.
Typically would have some type of certification such as six sigma, Agile or PMI (Project Management Institute)

Major Duties:
- Manage client change initiatives across teams and business units as needed. Conduct detailed process analysis to understand client requirements & provide consultative support to address clients' business needs.
- Operates independently and has in-depth knowledge of business unit, specific area of expertise and strong knowledge in other areas.
- Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas.
- Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities. Will involve requirements gathering, testing of functionalities, implementation and operational readiness activities.
- Ability to assess and prioritize issues in an effective and timely manner and ensuring issues are followed through to their resolution.
- Ability to influence others and bring about positive change.
- Continuously aims to optimize business activities and processes to support strategic objectives.
- Demonstrates leadership in owning and leading the change from idea to implementation.
- Develop in depth understanding of clients' products and servicing needs. Ensure proper support across teams and plan for future development needs.
- Cultivate and maintain working relationship with internal and external partners.
- Provide technical expertise for new or complex products/services. Oversee the implementation of new processes to support these products/services on an ongoing basis to ensure that client needs are met.
- Provide timely updates and progress reports to clients and internal management
- Ensure that all client change activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with client change implementations.
- Streamline documentation and communication channels to improve efficiency
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Broad understanding of partnership structures and group trusts
- In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- Works with a sense of urgency
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience Required:
- A College or University degree and/or 7+ years relevant proven work experience
- Previous Financial Industry experience a plus
- Previous Client Service experience in a service oriented environment
- Project Management Certification such as six sigma, Agile or PMI (Project Management Institute)
