Job Description

This role requires working with limited supervision, reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of the customer product data. Analyst must be able to understand business rules and work with business data formats to identify, compare, and ensure data quality

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to search and identify key information for addresses and product attributes.
  • Ability to update / add to existing product catalog data attributes in a timely manner.
  • Should have a good comprehension of geography or foreign countries-preferably key global (international) market location.
  • Ability to follow data quality standards, metrics and audit procedures as defined and set forth by Manager-Directory Governance.
  • Troubleshoot and perform customer service functions.
  • Produce required revisions in a timely manner according to defined audit procedures.
  • Correct data quality errors, either with system tools or user interfaces.
  • Must adhere to standard company protocol/policy and respect directory privacy & security.
  • Ability to make judgement decisions of product application point, market delivered into, end usage, etc.
  • You will be measured on the lines processed per hour of data enhancement, classification, or identification of solutions that encompass the components.
  • Basic Knowledge in SQL.

Job Qualification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Must have the technical skills necessary to work with computer systems. This includes knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to handle stakeholders.
  • Ability to work without extensive direction or oversight.
  • Experience manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data.
  • Should be detail-oriented, must have good problem solving and research skills and understand the importance and benefits of data quality.
