West Monroe is currently seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Strategy team within the Customer Solutions practice. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading workstreams and developing customer-centric strategies for our clients to Be Digital in the areas of marketing strategy and operations. We help our clients to increase customer acquisition and engagement, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency and effectiveness.Â
Responsibilities:Â Â
- Lead workstreams related to marketing strategy, process optimization, operating model, marketing analytics, and technology enablement to achieve client's desired business outcomesÂ
- Develop data driven, customer-centric strategies, use cases, business cases, roadmaps, and recommendations that deliver business value and support client marketing transformationsÂ
- Mentor and coach project delivery teams for successful delivery and client satisfaction Â
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and the translation of those needs into strategic recommendations, actionable initiatives and roadmaps, and operational and technology requirements Â
- Participate in business development with prospective clients including pre-sales, proposals, negotiating and project planningÂ
Qualifications:Â
- 3+ years of experience working for a consulting firm, agency, or as a Marketing Strategy or Operations leader in industryÂ
- Executive presence, collaborative working style, and strong communication skills for interacting with client managers, directors, VPs, CMOs and CXOsÂ
- Industry marketing and management consulting abilities in marketing front office (e.g., marketing effectiveness, channel design & customer engagement, marketing analytics, marketing operations, and marketing technology)Â Â
- Knowledge of marketing operations and technologies within the overall marketing processÂ
- Prior experience in helping define improvements in marketing strategy, marketing operations, and marketing technologyÂ
- Prior experience with customer engagement strategy across web, mobile, social, traditional, and physical channelsÂ
- Prior experience with analytics and value modeling leading to customer segmentation, value realization, and ROI measurementÂ
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data capture and analysis methodologies Â
- Experience with eCommerce and marketing asset management capabilitiesÂ
- Prior experience with marketing content and digital asset management solutionsÂ
- Ability to travel to client-site 30-50%Â

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here.  Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.​
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of one year of employment.​
