Job Description

About Bryant Park Consulting:

Bryant Park Consulting (BPC) is a modern consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation. We partner with leading technology firms like Oracle NetSuite, Boomi, Celigo, and more to bring leading capabilities to our clients across industries. BPC was founded in early 2021 and has grown quickly to become a leader in technology consulting.

What you will do

Bryant Park is hiring a full-time Senior Consultant to join our expanding Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. This dynamic and innovative team collaborates closely with clients, utilizing a unique and human-centric approach to traditional change management.

As a Senior Consultant, your role involves leading end-to-end change management implementations of NetSuite and other technologies for a variety of client projects. These projects can vary widely in complexity and effort. Additionally, you will contribute to shaping ongoing solutions and evolving the BPC OCM methodology, while also supporting internal change management efforts. This ensures that we continuously meet client needs, infusing our work with creativity and innovation while keeping an eye on the future.

With your extensive experience in business transformation, you'll be a key resource for client stakeholders and our team of consultants. They will look to you for advice on OCM business processes and strategy. The ideal candidate will bring ERP consulting experience and a passion for managing enterprise-level change management, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and communications, as well as expertise in learning and training activities.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively support the strategy, design, development, and delivery of organizational change management (OCM) solutions at Bryant Park Consulting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, primary client lead/contact, and solution architect for the team's assigned change management work across US-based and global projects.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing OCM requests within defined service level agreements (SLAs), typically handling 3-5 projects or as needed.
  • Proactively review the OCM workload as a team and redistribute and/or collaborate on tasks, as necessary.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, process adherence, backlogs, service quality, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide visibility into contract agreements, time expended, business metrics, and client satisfaction to ensure proper delivery and profitability.
  • Drive education and adoption of initiatives aimed at improving the maturity and growth of our OCM delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work/life experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise with over 5 years of hands-on experience in change management, covering strategy, design, delivery, facilitation, consulting/administration, support, and escalations.
  • Proven track record of providing articulate and compelling verbal, written, and visual communications, including client presentations and progress dashboards.
  • Effective in managing client and team interactions, with the ability to communicate well and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Successful history of working autonomously and in alignment with technical consultant teams, including multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • In-depth familiarity with pulse survey methodologies and measurement of client/employee engagement.
  • Experience and proficiency in industry best practices related to organizational change management methodologies and research; preference for PROSCI Change Management Professional certification (or equivalent).
  • Experience and proficiency in best practices related to ERP; preference for NetSuite experience and/or certifications such as ERP Fundamentals, Consultant, and Administrator.

Work From Home & Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to be on-site with clients as needed (note: this role is fully remote)

Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
